Upgrade StorageInsert Bibliogrpahy not working

Problem: Using Add-Ins "insert bibliography" has no effect.
Action taken:
Restarted Zotero, Word, then computer.
Reinalled Zotero Word add-ins (Zotero.dot, Zotero.dotm
Updated Word add-in in Zotero and reinstalled it.
Error messages:
