Upgrade StorageGroup Library extremely slow
Hello everyone,
we are using Zotero in a company and have a shared group library where 44 members put references in/use the library together.
We have the huge problem that it is extremely slow! Opening Zotero, searching for references in that library and also implementing a citation in Word - it's very annoing!
How do we tackle that problem best?
At the moment, every user has "his" copy of the library on our server, with a big library (appr. 4500 items, many with attached PDFs) that is also taking space and probably also delay on our server. Is it necessary to handle it like that? Is there a better option?

For libraries with a very large number of tags, closing the tag selector in the bottom left may help.
