Log In Details Needed

Hi there - we've had some turnover in our office and have lost the log-in details for our Zotero account. Can you provide the log-in details for the "Innovations Zotero" username in a message to me, JSI_CHIME?

    Sorry, we can't do that technically (we don't have access to passwords), and even if we did we wouldn't provide the login details for one account to another.

    Assuming someone still has access to the linked email address, you can reset the password for the account you're trying to gain access to.
