IEEE Computer Society problem just for me or?

Hello again!
I was trying to use Zotero Firefox plugin on this a IEEE Computer Society page, this one:

But for some reason it dosen't work for me to save this article. I press the Zotero icon in firefox, and it says "saving in Zotero", but when I go inside my library there is no article.
Is this just an error for me or is the translator broken, or is it something else?

    No, it seems that the translator here is broken. I will create an issue but it may take some time before someone will look at this further. In the mean time you can use(in firefox) the metadata translator, if you click on the arrow beside the Save to Zotero button.

    Actually that does seem to be their error and not ours.
    If you click on Citation and then BibTeX on the right, note how an empty page comes up. You should report this to IEEE CS (don't mention Zotero. Just complain about the BibTeX failure, which is what they can fix).
