Highlighted text in an attached PDF should automatically become a note

It would be enormously useful if Zotero could recognize that text in a PDF had been highlighted using Adobe's tools, and it excerpted the highlighted text and added it as a note in the field for that citation. That would mean that highlights in PDFs would immediately become searchable, be built right into the Zotero listing, and I think would make them much more useful in future reference.
