Requesting new style based on Vancouver

Could anyone save me, please? I want to publish in the Revista de Saúde Pública (http://www.rsp.fsp.usp.br/mensagem/pub/mensagem.php?tipo=0&id_mensagem=custom_preparo) and they use a crazy Vancouver format.
Instructions are:
LISTING:
The references should be standardized in accordance with the style of the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals: Writing and Editing for Biomedical Publication, numbered in alphabetical order. Journal titles should be referred to in abbreviated form, as used by Medline, and written in italics. In the case of papers with up to six authors, cite all of them; if there are more than six, cite the first six, followed by the Latin expression “et al”. References from the same authors should be organized in increasing chronological order. Whenever possible, include the DOI of the document cited, in accordance with the examples below.

Journal Articles:
Hennington EA. Acolhimento como prática interdisciplinar num programa de extensão. Cad Saude Coletiva [Internet].2005;21(1):256-65. Available from: http://www.scielo.br/pdf/csp/v21n1/28.pdf DOI: 10.1590/S0102-311X2005000100028
Books:

Nunes ED. Sobre a sociologia em saúde. São Paulo; Hucitec; 1999.

Wunsch Filho V, Koifman S. Tumores malignos relacionados com o trabalho. In: Mendes R, coordenador. Patologia do trabalho. 2. ed. São Paulo: Atheneu; 2003. v.2, p. 990-1040.

CITATION IN THE TEXT:
References should be indicated by their number in the list, in superscript form after the punctuation in the text, without using parentheses, square brackets or the like. In cases in which citation of the author’s name and the year are relevant, the reference number should be placed following the author’s name. Studies with two authors should make reference to both of them, linked by &. In other cases, only present the first author (followed by et al. in the case of multiple authors).
  • If you use Vancouver (superscript) and check the "Include URL" option in the Zotero preferences under Cite-->Styles, this should work pretty nicely, with only the DOI missing.
  • Unfortunately no, Adam. The problem is to list reference in alphabetical order.
