Can't open Zotero

Hello, When I try to open zotero a message appear: "the entry point sqlite3_db_filename is untraceable" than an other "Couldn't load XPCOM".
I thought I can reinstall Zotero but I have a lot of important texte in it that I don't want to loose.

Please, do any body have an idea of what I can do?

    I'd just re-install; that won't affect your saved data.

    I have the same problem. How can I re-install?

    Go to www.zotero.org/download and re-download and then re-install your Zotero version just as you originally installed it, i.e. the Firefox extension if you're using that or the Standalone program if you're using that.

    I also have this problem. What please does this mean?

    have you tried just re-installing? It means that crucial files needed to run Zotero don't load up when you try to start it.
