Search pdf metadata dialog triggered twice

When saving pdf to Zotero without site translator eg. http://richsingiser.com/4402/Novagen%20pET%20system%20manual.pdf the search for metadata dialog is opened twice. Although only one item is saved to the library.

Zotero 4.0.28.7
Firefox 42
Linux arch 4.2.5-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Oct 27 08:13:28 CET 2015 x86_64 GNU/Linux

    I'm having the same problem. It seems to be triggering to save twice. One of the windows always hangs and have to manually exit from it. The other window works fine.

    I can confirm with 4.0.28.10 the problem no longer exist.
