Sync Issues - Report 29158465
Hi,
I'm on a MacBook Pro, using Firefox 42. My account preferences in Firefox are correct. I don't know when this would have happened or how, but I am currently having this problem: when I open my browser and click on Zotero, the Library that I see belongs to someone else. This someone else used to be someone with whom I shared a Group library. But she has never used my laptop ever.
I really need to restore my actual Zotero files to this laptop's Firefox. Is this the time for one of those scary resets and if so, can you walk me through it?

And it looks like you also have Zotero Standalone installed, is that correct? If so, could you open that and check the sync settings
(that is this:

should look exactly the same in Zotero Standalone).
I haven't been using the standalone on this MacBook Pro. I do use it on my other iMac. (I was under the impression that if I use it on my desktop I should not use it on my laptop. You can disabuse me of this false idea later if need be.) Did you want me to open Standalone on my desktop machine?

So, two things:
1) I don't even see Zotero Standalone on this MacBook Pro where I am having this issue.
2) I just checked my Preferences pane on my desktop mac where I do use Standalone and my Preferences appear to be correct and all is syncing properly.
Does that help or do nothing?

If someone else wants to take this, that'd be great, too, otherwise I'll be back later tonight US CT
While I do not understand how this happened, I noticed that my login on my preferences pane was only "hornejenny" and not my full email address. So I changed that and am waiting for a full sync. So far, I still see this other person's work here and not mine. But I am hopeful. I will report back.

Thanks for staying on this. Yes, I interrupted the sync (I think) and I will do as you suggest.
Thanks again for your help.
