Online magazines and journal articles
APA requires the "retrieved from" information of any online article but Zotero does not include that information in the reference list.
Help, please.
Help, please.
e.g. the correct APA 6th citation for this article(as in GALE database) is
Scotti, D., & Dresner, M. (2015). The impact of baggage fees on passenger demand on US air routes. Transport Policy, 43, 4+. Retrieved from http://vlib.interchange.at/login?url=http://go.galegroup.com.vlib.interchange.at/ps/i.do?id=GALE%7CA432101527&v=2.1&u=wash89460&it=r&p=AONE&asid=a0454fe5aeb039eafd8750c7c3d08a84
After importing all the metadata through Zotero firefox addon which includes the URL and accessed date, the bibliography which actually shows is:
Scotti, D., & Dresner, M. (2015). The impact of baggage fees on passenger demand on US air routes. Transport Policy, 43, 4+.
For your particular example, including a base URL would certainly be incorrect. The article has a DOI number, which is always preferred in APA style.
The correct citation for this reference is:
Scotti, D., & Dresner, M. (2015). The impact of baggage fees on passenger demand on US air routes. Transport Policy, 43, 4-10. http://doi.org/10.1016/j.tranpol.2015.05.017
You should enter the DOI number (10.1016/j.tranpol.2015.05.017) in the DOI field in Zotero.
(Note, you would also never use "4+" for page numbers in an APA citation--always list the full page range)
