Upgrade StorageEditing a style to include abstract AND list in order of appearance

I've found that APA has a version that includes the abstract (American Psychological Association 6th edition (annotated bibliography with abstract)) but what I need now is a style includes abstracts and also lists refs by order of appearance in the paper rather than in alphabetical order. I'm a librarian and a student is asking for this, so I don't think it's for a particular journal (yet), it's more because the professor she's working for wants it this way. I'm not savvy enough to edit the style myself, any suggestions of potential styles that do this already? Or how to edit one to do it?
