Concern With Uploading a Research Document

I am having difficult with uploading my research document. I would like for someone to contact me from Zotero and assist me through this process.

    My problem exist with upload the actual document from my computer files. In the library section (of your system), I have managed to save and provide a description of the research document. However, the problem occurs when I am try to upload the entire document as an attachment. I am having difficult trying to achieve this process. Other words, Zotero system is not allowing this to happen. It's in an upload stage but never completes the process.

    Is there a way someone can give me a call and walk me through this process. Or, if I provide my password check the system from your end?
