Upgrade StorageDebug ID for Troubleshooting Jstor connection

Trying to solve why I am having difficulty importing citations from Jstor and other sites. Here is the Debug ID for the connection. Thank you,

- at least one specific URL you're trying to safe from (exactly as you see it)
- your setup: which browser, which Zotero version.
- how is import failing? do you get an error or are items just not appearing?
Browser is Safari and Zotero is current

The Zotero icon will briefly appear as a gray article icon when the page loads and then switch to the Z with the crossed circle icon.

You can try if using https works with your institution's proxy, i.e.
https://www.jstor.org.udel.idm.oclc.org/stable/2902899?seq=1#page_scan_tab_contents
but that's all we have as of now. The only current solutions are to use a different browser or to connect remotely with a VPN service if that's offered. (your school does appear to support VPN: https://www.udel.edu/it/help/connecting/vpn/ )
