Please include the option 'enable/disable auto refresh' in Zotero. When we are editing bigger documents, Zotero takes a lot of time when inserting a new footnote. Reason for this is that Zotero refreshes all the other footnotes too. This is not necessary when you're working on a document. On the end it is necessary to refresh all the notes. This can be done by a button.
