Upgrade Storagesections of books and existing book citations

I have references to edited anthologies in my Zotero libraries, and now need to create references to specific chapters. Is there a way of doing this without having to re-enter the book reference each time? That is, I guess, duplicating the reference and changing type to book section, moving or keeping the book data in the appropriate fields, so that I could enter the author and title of the individual chapter? The database used did not allow for downloading references to individual chapters.

1. right-click --> duplicate item
2. change type to book section
3. fill in missing info (usually chapter title, author, pages). the book title will move automatically.
