Lab On a Chip (RSC) through library proxy

Hi all, Zotero doesn't seem to recognize Lab On a Chip (RSC journal) article pages as citations when I go through my library's proxy server. Is this a known problem or just something random?

    Hmm, I've just checked them again and there is no problem today. How very odd.

    If I can get a reliable test case I will post it.
