Adding citations

I am using Word 2013. I am not using track changes and tried everything that is detailed in your forum (copy for a new doc, change style, etc). The problems remains: When I am adding some citations Zotero indicates an error: "The range cannot be delected". I said some citations, because this seems nothing to do with if the ref is new in zotero or not. Any solution?

Is that in a specific document or including in a new, empty document?

It happens with the same citation in every document. (I already tried to delete ref in zotero and add again. Problem remains)

oh, so it's one specific reference? Could you export that to Zotero RDF (no notes&attachments), open the exported file with a text editor (Notepad, TextEdit), select all, copy, paste to gist.github.com (no registration necessary), create a secret gist and provide the URL here.

I can't replicate this, much as I try.
So you create an empty document and just cite that one reference and you get that error message?
