Zotero won't let me download full pdfs

When I try to save a full pdf from sites such as pubmed, proquest, and sciencedirect, a big red X appears over the option to save it as a pdf. It will only let me save as a snapshot.

Any help figuring out how to save the whole pdf would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    on pubmed you wouldn't get a red X--Zotero doesn't try to download PDFs there, since pubmed doesn't host any PDFs. Try pubmed central, though--where items have PDFs (and not just epub), they should attach fine.

    For the two other sites: What browser are you using? What's a URL exactly as you see it?

    Pubmed central seems to work, but the others do not. I'm accessing ScienceDirect and Psychifno using my university's login. My browser is Firefox.

    Here's an example:

    and this is the URL as it appears in your URL bar? Or have you removed your university's info?
    If this is what you see, could you say exactly how you log-in through your university?

    Sure, I went to my university's library, logged in to access google scholar and then connected to the articles from there.
