Transform Text - Sentense case for Authors

Hello everybody,

Could you please implement transforming text not only for Title or Publication of an article, but also for Authors.

Since when using button "Save to Zotero" in http://elibrary.ru/ , the russian biggest database, we have authors' names in capital letters. Thanks a lot!

    Ultimately, I have edited my citation style to transform Surnames into Sentence case, as follows:
    <name-part name="family" text-case="sentence"/>
