Removing Zotero from Chrome search bar

I have a friend who tried Zotero out but didn't like it as much as I do. She uninstalled it but she stills gets the Save to Zotero icon on her toolbar and also a Save to Zotero option when she right clicks. As the one who recommended it, I'd like to help her figure out how to get rid of that.

and it's not listed under extensions anymore?

I would guess that she uninstalled Zotero Standalone but didn't remove the Zotero Connector from the extensions list in the Chrome prefs.

Okay so how can you edit Chrome preferences? Or get to the extensions list?

paste chrome://extensions/
into the URL bar in Chrome. There's be a little trash bin symbol next to every installed extension that lets you uninstall it.
(You can also get there via Settings --> Extensions).
