Problems with Refresh, lose everything except the literature

Good morning.
Use Mac and I am working with Windows 11 on a document with many references. To avoid waiting reference to reference work in another separate document after I add the old.
Back when the old document refresh added a new bibliography smoothly.
Now when I refresh it deletes the entire document and I only have pages of bibliography.
The number of the bug report I sent zotero is 605,191,467.
Any suggestions?
  • I'm sorry to say that I don't quite understand this sentence:
To avoid waiting reference to reference work in another separate document after I add the old.
could you try explaining that again in different words?

My best interpretation would be that somehow you included all text into the Zotero-generated bibliography section of the document.
You could try using alt+F9 or alt+FN+F9 to show Word field codes -- that may help you identify and delete something that's misplaced.
  • Good afternoon.
I'm writing an article that goes 400 references.
From time to time I come back to correct and expand content.
If I go on writing and citing the original article quotes one by one, the program takes too long to update.
That's why I write in another Word, which I link appointments, and after that what happened to the original text in the exact position.
Before he gave to refresh and all the literature was updated, but is now beginning to upgrade and when it ends, it becomes blank screen and all text disappears under the literature.
Before ending only when pages came out in numbers, 1 on the first page, the 2 in the second, 3 in the third .......
That was corrected, but now let me go and I can not add new references.
