Can't Add another Collection to my Library

I have 37 collections already. I've been trying to add another collection and its not registering or showing.
Is there a limit to the number of collections one can add?

    I have 40 top level collections right now and I have no trouble making more. Have you installed any new extensions lately? Try turning off other addons and see if that fixes it.

    While we are on the subject, it would be great to add a quick search box to search through collection titles, for those who have a lot of them.
