Our organisation paid USD 20.00 on the 7th of July for Zotero.org but we have not received any receipt or anything that could give us information on what is this payment for. Who can I contact for this please?

adamsmithReceipts are available directly from https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage (towards the top of the page). I'm pretty sure they also go to the primary email.
