[Solved] ScienceDirect Abstract sometimes contains word "abstract"
Usually, the translator doesn't bring in the word "abstract" at the head of the article abstract. I cannot see a pattern to when the word "abstract" is included. Except that when it is included there is not a space between the word "abstract" and the first word of the abstract.
Here are examples of when the word is included:
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0190740915001577
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0190740915001590
Here are examples of articles from the same issue of the journal where "abstract" is not included in the abstract:
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0190740915001619
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0190740915001589
(I much prefer that the unnecessary "abstract" is not included.)
Thanks for the hard work that leads to the magic experienced by us Zotero users.

adamsmithWe're now removing Abstract (including a colon and/or a new line if present) from Sciencedirect abstracts.
