Sync is not working, my server is not valid anymore (?) ID: 860601812

Dear Zoteros!
my libary is not syncing anymore and it reports an error with webdav. It says that my server/cloud is not trusted anymore, but I dont know why. All passwords are correct, do you have an idea?

    An additional root certificate may need to be imported.

    You'll need to report this to your WebDAV provider. Their security certificate is invalid.

    (That's assuming you were using HTTPS previously. You can also try with HTTP, but your connection won't be secure, so your attached files won't be encrypted in transit. Assuming you're using the right URL, it'd be better to ask your provider to fix their security certificate.)

    Hej Dan! sorry for my late response - my computer decided to break down this week, but now i am back to work.
    So, thanks for your answers! Yes I use https and contacted my webdav profider bix.de. Hope this works, makes me nerveous that my library is not syncing ;)

    Hej Dan,

    short note by me. Now its working again. I was all the time trying to solve the problem within the standalone and I was following your advice with my provider BUT it was the firefox plugin who forgot -why ever- the password for zotero. This just in case somebody else is doing the same quite stupid mistake :)
