Search for all items added by a particular group member.

Is it possible to call up all items added by a particular group member in our Zotero group library? ie we have a particular member conducting research for another group member and it would be useful for her to be able to look at these items first.

Not as a search, no. In the online view of the group library, you can sort by the "Added by" column, though, to approximate the functionality to some degree. That column will eventually make it into the app, too.

Back again. Have just tried to implement your suggestion and have had difficulty finding 'Added by' on the online view of the group library. There is view which shows 'Recently added items' with the name of the person who has added them but this seems to be only for the last dozen or so items that have been added. Would you mind giving more detail re where to find the 'added by' column and how to use it to sort. It sounds very useful for our purposes.

Click on "Group Library" under the "Recently Added Items" view. There, either you'll see the added by column, or you can add it under "Library Settings", an icon button at the top right.

Thanks I have just found this and it is very helpful. I am assuming from your previous message that the 'added by' column is currently not available on the non-online version of Zotero ie that I access through Firefox on my computer?
