Zotero File Storage quota

Hi,

I keep getting this message on my Zotero as I add articles to my library. "You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server. See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options. FI4DS9U9.zip (525KB)".

I logged on to my account and see that I have only used 0.5% of my storage.

Why does the message say I have reached my Zotero File Storage quota?

Thanks,
Natasha
  • are you positive you're looking at the same account? I.e. it says "nkanagat" as the username in the sync preferences in Zotero?
  • Are you using group libraries that are owned by other people? If no, are you certain that your sync settings in Zotero match the login credentials you're using for zotero.org?
  • Thanks for your quick responses.

I am using group libraries owned by other people.

My username is nkanagat21 on both zotero.org as well as the zotero desktop application.
  • well, you've posted under two different usernames here, which makes me pretty confident that you're looking at the storage for the wrong one.
  • Yup, you are right. I'll fix it. Thanks.
