Citing the Bible

Hi, everyone!

I'm sorry if this has been asked before; I've searched and I still can't find the answer.

I'm wondering how I'd go about citing the bible, and was a little bit miffed not to find the relevant entry type among the extensive list.

I'd be open to any suggestions you might have.

I'd frankly do it by hand, particularly since I think you normally don't put the bible into the bibliography, either (at least in religious studies/theology you don't).

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, the book I'm currently working on (not mine) contains a handful of references to the bible. Since it's not *all* bible references, I'd very much like to find a way to stick them into Zotero. For now, I'll just throw the entire citation in as the "Title" and, hopefully, that'll be a sufficient work-around.
