Upgrade Storageadd-in toolbar for mac 2015
Hi,
I have managed, once and on my mac air, to install something which made the toolbar appear in the new mac version of word (the 2016 / 2015 version). I am trying to find this software so that my imac will play ball but I can't find it anywhere. I have downloaded the software indicated in the zotero page and that is not helping. Word opens, I have zotero installed, but there is no possibility of inserting citations - so it's useless!
Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

For Zotero Standalone, first try would be to "Reinstall Word Components" from the Cite tab of Zotero.
For Zotero for Firefox, you'd need to also install the Word add-on:

I cannot find the 'cite' tab you mention.
I have already downloaded the word add-on about 140 times (OK, maybe exagerating a bit!) but it doesn't make any difference.

(But reinstalling from the Cite pane shouldn't be necessary, so you might just not be seeing it in Word. But try that first.)
