EBSCOhost citations not linking full text of articles

I am using the Zotero Safari extension w/ EBSCOhost and the full text is not being attached with the journal entries sent to Zotero. When initiating the Safari extension, the full text shows as greyed out and attempting to link before turning red w/ an X beside the title. I have reinstalled both the standalone and Safari extension w/out any change in this error.

    I am sorry but I am not sure what URL you are asking for so I will try an explain more.

    I hit the extension and the dialogue pops up indicating the collection the article will be a saved to. It shows the bibliographic title under this and the "EBSCOhost Full Text" PDF indication below this.

    As the entry is linked, the "EBSCOhost Full Text" indication text turns red w/ a red X beside before disappearing. I find the bibliographic data in the appropriate collection but the full text PDF is not there.

    And just to be sure -- there is a PDF on EBSCO that you can access, right?

    Yes, I have tried this with a variety of searches w/ full text PDF available w/out any change in outcome. I have even changed the exact journal in case that was the issue.
