Failure to cite and

Hi, i have install zotero standalone in my pc and i have sync it with chrome online. However, when i try to insert citation in word,this message appear

" Word could not communicate with zotero. Please ensure firefox is running and try again."

Please help.

    That message is indicating that Zotero isn't open and running. Do you have the program open? If you do, try to quit Zotero and Word and see if the problem remains after restarting them.

    it could also indicate a communication problem between Zotero and Word, most likely caused by security software, so if you're sure you have Zotero running when you try this, try temporarily disabling security software.

    I`ve the same problem and I don`t know how to resolve it.

    Rmember to install the Microsoft word plugin in Zotero.
