Add field indicating "Read vs. Not Read" status of source

I have trouble keeping track of which papers I have read, and which I have not. I keep a special collection of "To Read" sources to solve that problem, but I think it would be much easier if each source had a manually controlled "Read status" field which could be displayed in any of the data columns.
