Problem to retrieve pdf metadata

Hello,

I have a problem to retrieve metadata from pdfs. I have to retrieve metadata from several files, and it worked for some of them but then I got an error message : "le nombre de requêtes possibles auprès de google scholar a été atteint".

I've read on this forum that some other people encountered this issue and emptied my history navigation, cache etc... It did not change anything, then I have waited for 24h as recommended: it still does not work. I have tried to reinstall Zotero and the pdf indexation tool, now the error message is different: "il n'a pas été trouvé de référence correspondante". But one of my co-workers could retrieve metadatas from this file so it should work.

Can you help me please?...

Are you using Firefox?

I'm using Chrome (Version 44.0.2403.125 m): I use Zotero at work and we cannot use firefox...

The first error you were encountering we're fairly sure we know the root cause of, but we don't currently have a solution. The second error you're reporting may be caused by the same issue, but there might be another problem. Could you submit a Debug log for an attempt to retrieve metadata where you encounter that message?
