I have had repeated errors when I try to sync my zotero database. I tried syncing with my standalone or my firefox opened, but both do not work. Please help! Thank you

dstillmanYou're running Zotero 4.0.19, which is very old. To start, upgrade to the latest version from zotero.org. If you're still having trouble, provide another Report ID with the new version.
