Upgrade Storage"Could Not Save Item."
Hello,
I am not able to save to zotero from the NYT or any other site for that matter. The translator icon appears, but I get the following error when I try to save to zotero:
-Could not save item. An error occurred while saving this item. Check Trouble Shooting Translator Issues for more information.
I read through the "Trouble Shooting Translator Issues" document, and checked everything (I think), but still I am not able to save to zotero.
Here is my computer configuration:
Windows 8
Firefox 39
Zotero Add-On 4.0.23.1
I have disabled all other add-ons
I have updated translators
I have reset translators
I have set my Firefox privacy setting to not block cookies
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
