Group discussion and member permissions

Hi!
We have noticed in private Zotero group that only group users with role admin can post in group discussion. Is it possible to also enable users with role member to participate in group discussion?

    Do members get an error? There should not be any such limitation. If group discussions are enabled any member should be able to post.

    No i did't get any error. I wasn't able to start new discussion.

    What my colleague meant, role member does not have link to start new discussion.

    Should be fixed. It was limited to users able to edit the group library, but that's not documented anywhere and I don't think there was a particularly good reason for it. Any group member should now be able to create new discussions.
