Types of reference

I am a music researcher. There is no completely suitable type for a "music score". ANy chance of adding one?

As a general point, is there a possibility of allowing users to add their own types?

    We'll get some type of music score item type in the hopefully not-too-distant future (whenever we get to adding any new fields and item types).

    Eventually, in the somewhat more distant future, custom item types will likely happen, but the details of that are less certain.
