I could not import multiple items from the ACM Digital Library website. I kept having this message that the items could not be saved due to known translator issues on zetero 1.0.9 version. tried to disable all add-ons on Firefox, reset translator and styles and finally checked database integrity but without any joy. Anyone managed to tweak this please?

I am also having trouble getting multiple items to import in ACM. From an author page (example: http://portal.acm.org/author_page.cfm?id=81100342853&coll=ACM&dl=ACM&CFID=52961348&CFTOKEN=92521489) no icon appears in the URL bar. So I tried to export the results as BibTex and when you do that, the folder icon appears (http://portal.acm.org/authorBibTex.cfm?query=(Author:81100342853) &hc=28&CFID=52961348&CFTOKEN=92521489), but not all of the articles show up when you click on the folder. As far as I can tell, only the results that have a DOI will show up in the folder list of results. Can this be fixed?

that happens, because the translator is the DOI translator.
But you should still be able to save the bibtex file and import it into Zotero (and get all mesages).
Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C and then import from clipboard seems to work for me.
