Upgrade StorageNote for only one subcollection

I new to zotero and use it for organizing and sorting my pdf/books/articles. Its really cool.
I also currently writing my master thesis and use sub/subsub-collections for sorting notes and the corresponding pdfs into the
chapter and sections.
The problem I have is the following. I e.g. have an book source XYZ
containing a pdf and several notes. These notes correspond to different sections in my thesis. As I sad I use subcollections for
the sections/chapters.
So the same book with all notes appears in several subcollections.
create a deep copy of this book is not acceptable, cause i annotate the pdf and it would be horrible to merge this afterwards.
In the main collection/lib this is ok, cause I want to see all notes for this book. But within a subcollection I want to see only the related /created note for this subcollection.
Is there a way to achieve this?
Also a simple hide function for the note within a subsection would also work.

aurimasSorry, not possible and I don't think we will be adding such functionality. I think color tags may be helpful here to distinguish notes within one item. http://zotero-manual.github.io/zotero-manual/tags#colored-tags
