File not found

I have trouble with the PDFs I upload to my Zotero folders. Although I save a copy of the file and the attachment appears in my online library, when I click it I am told that the file cannot be found and that it might be located outside of Zotero?

I use a Zotero for Firefox on my Mac.

    I went through https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing w/o luck.

    I'm not quite clear where those PDFs are missing: Online? On a second computer? On the computer where you originally attached it?

    They are missing on a second computer + online.

    And you have file sync enabled in the Zotero sync preferences, correct? And you're not seeing any sync errors (red exclamation mark next to the green sync error).
    If so, make sure you have followed step 4 on the files not syncing page you link to. If so, then see the last point, below 6., on how to submit a debug log that we need to see what's going on.
