Uploading a PDF

I've been trying to upload a PDF to this Zotero entry I created and it's not working. The loading circle won't stop spinning and when I give up and leave, and then come back, there's an attachment with the name I gave but nothing actually attached. I've been trying the past week or so and still no luck.

    that's on the webpage? Any reason you're not just using the software? (not that this shouldn't work on the webpage, it just generally works less smoothly.)
