doi that include URL

I use APA 6th Ed (2010 version) I list ONLY numbers in the doi section of my library. When the Bibliography populates it includes http://doi.org/ along with the doi number. Did the doi format change with the sixth printing (2012) version of APA 6th ED?
My university does NOT use the http as part o the doi. How can I remove the http from my bibliography. I have 332 references in my document.

    the DOI format changed with the supplement on citing electronic sources to the 6th edition of the APA guide, yes.
    You can modify the APA style for your purposes, it should be reasonably easy to see how. General instructions here:
