Upgrade StorageZotero crashes while saving / renaming pdf attachments ID 807136998
Since two days I experience massive problems with Zotero (Zotero plugin 4.0.26.4 in Firefox 38.0 on Ubuntu 14.04). My browser crashes after one or two minutes after working with Zotero.
After a dozen crashes I think it only appears when I "do something" where pdf attachments are involved. Shortly after I open a pdf for reading it, add a pdf and rename it, the browser crashes.

giving me the options to definitely shut down [but the main window has been closed by this time; there's only the crash report window open] or restart Firefox.
Go to about:crashes in the Firefox address bar, see if there's a relevant crash there (look at the timestamps), click through it, and provide the Mozilla URL here.
2. choose an existing link for a pdf document
3. choose "save in to zotero"
4. drag single pdf-entry in the zotero library in the zotero menu to an existing document entry to attach the pdf
5. choose "rename pdf according to document name" from the Zotero-menu
7. wait 5 seconds
8. Mozilla Firefox abruptly closes

When this is activated I only have to *open* a pdf out of Zotero and seconds later the browser shuts down. As soon as this is deactivated everything's back to normal.
