Problem retrievin metadatas

Since I've installed zotero, I can't retrieve PDF's metadatas
I've this repport's ID: 944012736

    Also, is it all PDFs or just specific ones. If it's something specific, please link to the PDF online.

    It says aproximately (I translate from french ^^') that it can't find any corresponding data.
    This message appears everytime I try to download a PDF into Zotero or when I try to retrieve metadatas after adding the PDF.

    Could you produce a debug log for an attempt to retrieve metadata that fails? Could you also link to that particular PDF online? (we generally have access to most publications)

    Zotero looks up PDFs through google scholar. It doesn't appear like that paper is on google scholar, at least not with its full text.
