HI,

Following up on my submitted report. Using version 4.0.26.4 and each sync abruptly ends in the same error message. I deleted the local item but am still seeing the error message. Please advise. And THANK YOU.

    This is the message. Am using Firefox 37.0.2 on an iMac. In California.

    You probably didn't empty the trash, but if you're getting that error at all it points to a larger problem, possibly due to security software on your system interfering with Zotero or permissions in your Zotero data directory.

    Thank you Dan. I've just emptied my trash and that fixed the error.
