Error saving from https://www.lexisnexis.com/fr/droit (Error report ID: 997971924)

I have been unable to save from the French version of LexisNexis.com. I have been getting an error message relating to the translator.
I am working with Zotero Firefox (version 37.0.2).
My operating system is: Mac OS X 10.9.5.
Zotero version: 4.0.26.4.
Might be worth noting that I am accessing lexisnexis.com/fr/droit through a proxy (my university's library's account). I got a message from Zotero identifiying the proxy asking me whether I would like to add the proxy access type and I approved this.
This has not solved my problem. Still unable to save references from lexisnexis' French site.

    Okay, I try to look at LexisNexis (access through my institution) closer now. @Dan: Anything useful in this error report?

    Okay, the translator works for me. LexisNexis contains mainly Newsarticles and law stuff and their metadata is sometimes special.

    @maitreko: Please go to an example which is not working and then "Export the Bibliographic Metadata" (open book symbol), choose the second option "Download Bibliographic Data for other generators, e.g. EndNote", save the file and open with any text editor. Then post the result here again. You may also try other examples and check whether it is sometimes working.

    @zuphilip Where can I find the "Export Bibliographic Metadata"??? I do not have an open book symbol in my Zotero.
    The problem is affecting all LexisNexis articles. Thank you.

    The symbol is in the website on the right within the "Print, Email, Download" group, see http://www.anselm.edu/Images/Library/user-guide-lexis-nexis-02.jpg

    @zuphilip The page is not displaying such a symbol. The available symbols are: Print, Download Article and Send by E-mail. Is there another way to download the bibliographic data? Thanks
