"Error processing payment"

I'm trying to renew my storage before it goes away. I get the green tick after entering my credit card details, followed by an SMS from my bank saying my account has been charged, followed by the red "Error processing payment" followed by another SMS saying the amount has been refunded. What gives? You're obviously talking to my bank, why is there an error?

I think my stored docs are in danger of being deleted by this stage?

    It looks like our payment processor (rather than your bank, which would normally be the case) flagged the payment. If you try now it should go through.
