I downloaded Zotero, and just updated it.
I've imported references from my previous EndNote library, the references show, but not the pdfs. When I drag the pdfs onto the ref, I receive the error quoted, that the file is not compatible with my version of windows. The library disappears until I restart, then the pdfs appear.
Should I be worried about this? I don't want to lose the references after the effort of individually dragging them in.

If that's the version you have please provide an error report ID after triggering that error (which isn't going to lose your references, but
it means they're not getting indexed, which would be too bad)
