I cant install zotero plugin for Word 2013

Hi everybody!

I cant install the Word process plugin. I have Word 2013 in Win 8 and spanish.

I tried reinstall in the preferences many times and it says is already installed.

I tried search install it manually, but I dont find any of the roots (C:\Users\::username::\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Startup).

I tried with firefox, but it didnt work either.

I tried search in Zotero carpet and find this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero Standalone\extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\install.
Here is a template and if you click on it, the complements appears in Word, but dessapeared if you close the programm.

I don´t know what to do. I worked with Zotero plugin in other times. Please, help me!! It is urgent!

    What do you mean by "can't install"? No toolbar appears in word? You get an error of some sort?

    Sounds like there's no toolbar, but please confirm.

    In Word, go to File -> Options -> Add-Ins. On the bottom of the window select "Templates" and click Go. Is Zotero.dot listed in the window that opens up? Is it enabled (checked)? Do you have anything else listed there?

    Are you saying there is no "STARTUP" folder?
