Why word plug in crases so frequently?

Dear friends can anyone tell me Why Zotero word plug in crases so frequently? I am really upset of it..kindly help.

    Please provide the details of what you were doing that led to the "crash" and exactly what you mean by "crash" (Does Word freeze? Does Word fail and take you to desktop? Is there an error message? etc.). What operating system and version? What version of Zotero -- standalone or FF plug-in? What version number of Zotero? What version number of the Word connector? What version number of Word?
